Studio Policies and Information |

| We are so excited that you have chosen to share your talent with us! If you are feeling a bit overwhelmed, here is some helpful information to guide you through the semester. |

Registration:
Please make sure that we have all of the dancer's information and parent contact information on the registration form. E-mail and one parent contact name and number are essential for emergency situations or cancellations. |

Communication:
We have a lot to keep track of over the semester so the best way to contact our staff is via e-mail. For general class information, please use the Classes page or the Schedules page on this website. You can also leave us a note in the grey payment box which is located on the wall near the bubbler. We don't always have someone staffed during daytime to receive phone calls but you may leave us a voicemail as well. |

Payment:
Payments should be marked with the dancers first and last name either in the memo of your check or on a sealed envelope. All payments should be placed in the payment box or directly handed to an office assistant. Please remember that we cannot give dancers their costumes until payments are up to date. If you are unsure of your balance, just ask and we will be happy to let you know. |

Attire:
Dancers should wear clothing they can easily move in. Please avoid blue jeans or jean shorts. Also, the baggier the clothing is, the harder it is for our teachers to see the lines of the dancer and make corrections as necessary. |

Changes and Cancellations:
Well, we live in Wisconsin, so anything can happen with our weather year around. Cancellations will be made on 95.5 WIFC and/or via e-mail, and will also be posted on our Announcement page on this web site. Please make sure we have your most commonly used e-mail address. |

Billing and Dancer Notes:
Each dancer has a file folder "mailbox" which is assigned to them at the beginning of the semester. (We can only create folders for those who have physically registered.) All hard copies of bills (upon request, recital information, personal notes, or choreography are located here for you convenience.

Apparel Store/Office:
We conveniently have shoes and clothing in house! If you have never been fitted for a pair of dance shoes before, please allow 20-30 minutes prior to the dancers first class for a proper shoe fitting and purchase. At this time we can only accept checks and cash. If we don't have your size or style we would be glad to order these items for you. Our Forthcoming apparel is also located in the store/office, what great gift ideas! If there are no office assistants available to help you with your purchase, please put your payment in the payment box marked in the memo or on the envelope with what you purchased. |

Parent or Guest Viewing:
We LOVE to see family and guest supporting our talented dancers while they are in class. Feel free to peek through our glass doors and windows, relax in TV room, or observe from the Loft or Lounge areas. Please keep all street shoes off of the studio floors if you need to talk with a teacher. We take pride in knowing the families of our dancers!

Adding/Dropping a Class:
Please write us a note with the dancers full name and the class that they are choosing to add/drop and place it into the payment box so that you are billed accordingly.
